Anthony Mecca is a whisperer, he’s an advocate and a truth teller. Gently, in communion, with purpose and eloquence, Anthony speaks on behalf of the natural world, the plants, the flowers, the trees and the stars.
His ability to connect with them is almost beyond word. In fact, when spending time with Anthony and the natural world, one can feel the impact of every form of his speech, every sound he is witnessing and every blessing he is counting.
Anthony is a biodynamic farmer and a teacher, also husband and father of a 4 years old daughter. He lives in upstate New York, USA.
Any of his offerings and teaching on the themes of biodynamic agriculture, developing new faculties of perception, the nature of substance, and an understanding of nutrition based on Rudolf Steiner's Agriculture Course to support soil, plant, animal, and human health, is a work toward the future and the potency of the present.

Farming for over 20 years, Anthony has rich practical experience with vegetables including seeds and breeding, nearly any type of farm animal, draft power, dairying including processing, medicinal herbs and pharmacy, small grains, and perennial crops including berries and tree fruit.
The Sun Heart Farm and Sun Heart School for Spiritual Agriculture in NY, USA (www.sunheartfarm.org) is where Anthony farms, conducts research, and offers workshops and courses in biodynamic agriculture for all ages. He also provides a Foundations of Biodynamic Agriculture distance learning cohort based course and is the author of the EduCareDo year-long distance learning subject course Biodynamic Agriculture and Nutrition.
