The KARE Series on Ayurveda: Poonam Kalmadi and Roli Rangappa

The KARE podcast series unveil the wisdom of Ayurveda, the Science of Life. 

KARE is an Ayurvedic and Yoga Center located in the outskirts of Pune, India and focusing on Ayurveda, Iyengar Medical Yoga, nutrition and meditation. 

Poonam Kalmadi is the daughter of Prakash and Ragini Kalmadi who founded KARE 25 years ago. Having recently moved back to India from America, she is now leading the center with her mother Ragini Kalmadi.

In these series, she discusses with Dr Roli Rangappa, Chief Medical Officer at KARE, some of the most common health conditions they are encountering at their center and how Ayurveda treats and approaches them.
